Dr. William F. Goggin Merit Scholarship

Robert E. Marchant established the Dr. William F. Goggin Merit Scholarship in memory of his former colleague. Dr. William Goggin was a professor of education who taught courses in curriculum theory and development, secondary school curriculum and methods of teaching English for more than 20 years in the School of Education.
