Noyce II Scholarship/Stipend
The VCU Noyce Phase II Scholarship/Stipend, a National Science Foundation program, provides scholarship funds of up to $24,000 for talented science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) majors to become teachers in high need school districts. Application materials can be accessed at the School of Education website.
Please note: The Noyce Scholarship uses a different application process than most School of Education scholarships. To apply to be a Noyce Scholar, please apply by using the online application.
Deadline for 2019 applications is Feb. 25.

Criteria
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Enrolled in (or plan to enroll in) the M.T. program, with a secondary education concentration
- Passing score on the content area Praxis II
- Committed to teaching science of mathematics in a high-need school district for at least two years
