Established in the spring of 1997, the Rizpah L. Welch Scholarship Fund in the School of Education honors Dr. Rizpah L. Welch for her many contributions to the School of Education and the field of special education.

Undergraduate and graduate students

Criteria

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must major in a special education program
  • Must be enrolled full-time during the period of the award
